• We deliver across India (metros and most Tier-2/3 cities).
• If a pincode is non-serviceable or restricted, we’ll contact you to change the address or issue a full refund.
• International shipping is available only for bulk/B2B orders on request (write to support@ecoyaan.com).

• Order cut-off: Orders placed after 9:00 am IST are processed on the next business day.
• Processing: 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Dispatch: within 24 hours (1 business day) of processing.

Business days are Mon–Sat (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Note that shipping speeds are displayed per region and at the product level where applicable.

• Standard PAN-India: 3–5 business days
• International bulk/B2B: timeline shared during order confirmation (depends on destination, customs, and order size).

All shipping charges (if any) are shown transparently at checkout before you pay.

• Prepaid orders: any fees are shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): currently unavailable.
• Shipping fees apply when the order value is less than the defined threshold. The minimum order value to avail free delivery will be shown at checkout.

• As a curated marketplace, your order may be fulfilled by multiple sellers. Items may ship separately with distinct tracking IDs.
• You’ll receive tracking for each package as it moves.

Please ensure your address and phone are accurate and reachable.

Our courier typically makes 2–3 delivery attempts . If undeliverable (wrong address, unreachable number, repeated refusal, or not collected), the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO).

On RTO:

• Reshipment can be arranged (subject to serviceability) against re-shipping charges; or
• Refund for prepaid orders is issued net of forward + return shipping if customer-caused. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for method/timelines.

• Once shipped, we send SMS/email with your tracking number(s).
• You can also track live status in My Orders on ecoyaan.com.
• Some carriers may use OTP or photo/scan confirmation at delivery.

• Weather disruptions, local restrictions, strikes, high-season loads, or customs clearance (for international) can cause delays.
• If there is a significant delay, we’ll inform you by email/SMS.
• Ecoyaan is not liable for delays attributable to third-party carriers or customs authorities.

• Domestic: If a package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and email support@ecoyaan.com with clear photos/videos.
• International bulk: Inspect on delivery and report issues within 48 hours with photos/videos.
• Open-box delivery: Unless explicitly offered by the courier at your pincode, open-box inspection is not supported.

• If a domestic shipment is confirmed lost/misrouted by the carrier, we will re-ship (if stock is available) or refund/store credit as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• For international bulk shipments, liability follows the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB India, CIF destination).

We prioritize biodegradable, recyclable, or reusable materials.
