This policy explains how returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds work on Ecoyaan™. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if:
We do not accept change-of-mind returns at this time.
For hygiene/safety or practical reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags, labels, manuals, freebies, and brand packaging intact. Returns failing quality checks may be rejected or partially refunded.
Our/Seller fault (wrong/defective/damaged/expired or wrong size where size chart provided):
We arrange free reverse pickup (serviceable pincodes). If reverse pickup isn’t available, you may self-ship and we’ll reimburse reasonable standard ground courier charges against a valid receipt.
Other reasons: Currently not eligible for return.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our/seller error.

We’ll confirm eligibility, arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share a return address for self-ship (with packing instructions).
Returned items undergo QC at the seller’s facility. If QC passes, we process a replacement (if requested and in stock) or a refund. If QC fails (used/soiled/missing parts/damaged in transit due to inadequate packing), the return may be rejected or partially refunded.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund as per §7.
If delivery fails due to wrong/incomplete address, unreachable phone, repeated refusal, or not collected, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO):
As a curated marketplace, an order may ship in multiple parcels from different sellers. You may return eligible items individually (within the 7-day window and other rules). Refunds/replacements are processed per item after each parcel clears QC.
We may limit returns, deny refunds, or suspend accounts in cases of abuse (e.g., wardrobing), fraud, or safety concerns.
Ecoyaan’s decision on returns/refunds is final. Where a seller’s policy is stricter than this general policy, the stricter terms apply (we disclose these on relevant product pages).
🌱 Every return adds to the carbon footprint. Please check size charts, read ingredient/material details, and review descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Write to support@ecoyaan.com with your order number and photos/videos where relevant. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve promptly.
For international orders: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility criteria as domestic orders. International return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). For bulk consumer orders (multiple quantities of the same item): Standard return policies apply to each individual item within the bulk order.
For partial returns from bundle orders: Defective items within a bundle can be returned individually while non-defective items may remain with the customer if they are eligible for standalone purchase. Each item in the bundle will be evaluated separately for return eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
If a shopper is dissatisfied with the support resolution provided: They may request escalation by emailing support@ecoyaan.com with "ESCALATION REQUEST" in the subject line. Escalated cases will be handled as per IT/E-Commerce grievance handling rules and procedures, with resolution attempted within 7-10 business days.
All returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Indian e-commerce laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules issued by the Government of India.
