We bring trust, transparency, and convenience to conscious shopping by carefully vetting products for their green and health claims using Ecoverify™, our proprietary AI system. Ecoverify™ analyzes ingredients, packaging, certifications, and supply chain information to ensure every claim is credible — not just greenwashing.

A2. Ecoyaan is owned and operated by Kindkarma E-Retail Private Limited. We act as a marketplace intermediary; the sales contract is between you (buyer) and the seller (merchant of record).
A3. Ecoverify™, our claim-verification system, checks ingredients, labels, certifications, and packaging details—so badges like Vegan, Plastic-Free, Organic, or Biodegradable are credible, not just marketing.
A5. Look for badges on each product page. Badges are assigned only after Ecoverify™ checks claims and supporting proof.
A6. Yes. Use the Recycled or Upcycled tags/filters to find them.
A7. Many are, and they’re clearly labeled. You can filter by Vegan and Cruelty-Free while browsing.
C) Ordering & Payments
A8. No, but creating an account enables faster checkout, tracking, referrals, and rewards.
A9. UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
A10. Yes. Prices shown include applicable GST. Any shipping fee (if applicable) is shown at checkout before payment.
A11. Yes. Invoices are issued in line with GST rules; for marketplace orders, the seller issues the invoice as the merchant of record.
D) Shipping & Tracking
A12. Across India (metros and most Tier-2/3 cities). International shipping is available only for bulk/B2B orders on request (support@ecoyaan.com).
A13. Orders placed after 9:00 am IST are processed on the next business day. Standard processing time is 1 business day after payment confirmation.
A14. Standard PAN-India delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
A15. We send tracking via SMS/email, and you can also track live status under My Orders on Ecoyaan.com.
A16. Yes. As a marketplace, items may ship separately from different sellers. You’ll receive a tracking ID for each package.
A17. Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undeliverable, the parcel may be returned to origin (RTO). You can request reshipment (re-shipping charges apply) or a refund net of forward + return freight if the failure was customer-caused.
E) Returns, Refunds & Replacements
A18. You can request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery for: wrong item, defective/damaged/expired item, or wrong size (where a size chart was provided).
A19. Non-returnable items include: opened/used personal care & wellness, food & beverages, custom-made/made-to-order, discounted/final sale, electronics with broken seal(unless faulty), intimate apparel/undergarments, gift cards/freebies, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.
A20. Unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, manuals, freebies, and brand packaging intact.
A21. For eligible issues (our/seller fault), we arrange free reverse pickup where serviceable. If reverse pickup isn’t available, self-ship and we’ll reimburse reasonable standard ground courier charges against a receipt. Other reasons are not eligible for return.
A22. Email support@ecoyaan.com within 7 days of delivery with order number, product/SKU, issue description, and clear photos/video (including packaging). We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange next steps.
A23.
Prepaid orders: refunds are issued only to your confirmed UPI ID (regardless of original method).
COD orders (if/when enabled): refunds are issued as store credit (valid 12 months).
Timeline: within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality check (QC).
A24. Yes—if stock is available. Otherwise, we’ll process a refund as per policy.
A25. You can cancel until dispatch. Orders placed after 9:00 am IST process the next business day. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible—please place a return request after delivery (if eligible).
A26. Please refuse delivery and email support@ecoyaan.com with photos/video. If discovered post-delivery, contact us within 7 days with evidence.
F) Accounts, Data & Privacy
A27. We use data to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, personalize your experience, and meet legal obligations. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
A28. No. We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers.
A29. You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, and withdraw consent (e.g., marketing, precise location). Email support@ecoyaan.com; we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve in 30 days.
G) Rewards, Referrals & Promotions
A30. Yes. Share your code from Profile → Referrals & Rewards. Your friend gets 20% off instantly; you earn 1,000 Eco-points (₹100) as credit.
A31. We currently offer Eco-points via referrals and campaigns. Digital gift cards are planned.
H) Compliance, Claims & Grievance
A32. Sellers must submit evidence for claims. Ecoverify™ + human review checks labels, ingredients, certifications, and packaging. We can remove badges, delist products, or suspend sellers for misrepresentation.
A33. Please share photos of the label and the discrepancy at support@ecoyaan.com. We’ll verify and correct, and your order will be handled per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
A34. Email support@ecoyaan.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days under Indian e-commerce rules.
