Owing to the fragile nature of our products and the logistics incurred in the
process, Rayden will not accept any returns of products unless there is a
damage to the product during transit to the client and will not be liable for
any damage caused on forward shipment.

manufactured by skilled artisans. Hence, we do not accept any returns
unless, the product bears a manufacturing defect. Please note, there are
likely to be some color variations in the product received as against the
image on the website / social media / E-commerce platforms.

Incase of products damaged in transit or upon receiving a defective piece,
the complaint needs to be supported with valid photographs within 24
hours of receipt of the product.

Rayden will ship a replacement order/product within 4 working days of
receiving a complaint. In case the product is out of stock or we are for
unforeseen reason unable to replace the product, Rayden will refund any
payments that are made pertaining to the order.
